Paving
Services
What is sealcoating and why is it important? To understand sealcoating, you must first understand what pavement is. Asphalt pavement is a combination of stone aggregate mixed with asphalt cement. This cement is what gives pavement its black appearance. Over time, the asphalt cement oxidizes, giving blacktop a dull gray appearance. This effect can be compared to paint wearing off from a house. When the paint is worn from siding, the wood beneath is exposed and left susceptible to nature. Your driveway or parking lot is no different! Over time, if left to oxidize, the pavement will break down to the severity that aggregate will begin to separate, and the asphalt will begin to become weak and crumble. Sealcoating refreshes the asphalt with a fresh layer of cement, thereby extending the life of your blacktop. In the same way you protect the investment of your home, protect the investment of your driveway or parking lot!

Crack Filling
Have you noticed any cracks in your driveway or parking lot? They should be addressed immediately, by our professionals. Cracks in blacktop lead to moisture penetration, and that leads to the rip up and replacement of your driveway! Unlike homeowner grade products commonly sold at home improvement stores, our materials are heat applied and contain a high amount of rubber, allowing them to properly adhere and maintain flexibility with the expansion and contraction of your pavement.
We have only listed some of our many services. We also offer:

  • Spring Cleaning
  • Patching
  • Parking Lot Resurfacing
  • Condo Complex Work
  • Line Striping
  • Pavement & Concrete Rip-Outs
